We have been informed by the counsel for Hasbro, Inc., that Connect Four® is a registered trademark of Hasbro, Inc. and that Hasbro, Inc. holds the copyrights for this game.
While we have not used, received or otherwise obtained any copyrighted or proprietary material or works from Hasbro, Inc. and were not aware of their rights in Connect Four®, but rather programmed this specific computer game at university based on information publicly available in scientific literature and on Internet, we do not have any plans to make the game available again until an agreement with Hasbro, Inc. is reached.
